Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order from Clover Street but we understand that sometimes an item might not work out.
At this time, we accept returns for store credit or exchange. Please note that refunds are not available.
Return Guidelines
To qualify for store credit or an exchange, please ensure that your item:

Is sent back within 14 days of receiving your order

Is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

Has all original tags attached

Is free from stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear

Includes your receipt or proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
How to Start a Return
To start your return or exchange, email shopcloverstreet.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not mail items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Final Sale
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
